Our Own Contribution

AustralianCourses does not claim ownership of the underlying government data described above. What we do own, and reserve rights in, is our own original work built on top of that data, including:

  • editorial course and provider descriptions
  • our quality scores and ratings, and the methodology behind them
  • funding-eligibility mappings and analysis
  • our course and provider taxonomy and comparison groupings
  • provider reviews submitted through the platform (subject to the rights of the reviewer)
  • the compilation, selection, and arrangement of information across the platform, and its software, design, and code

Full detail on how this applies is set out in our Terms and Conditions.
