Certificate II in Routine English for Speakers of Other Languages

This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:

* English language proficiency of the Canadian Language Benchmarks, CLB 5

* English language proficiency to undertake qualifications requiring proficiency of CLB 5, ISLPR® 2, IELTS 4.5 or CEFR B1 on entry, which provide a pathway to access employment, training and community participation.
