    Here is what the Advanced Diploma of Policing qualification offered by TAFE SA covers and who it is designed for.

    The course builds upon the existing competencies of serving SAPOL members and provides education for advancement for members who hold Senior Constable Qualification to progress to the ranks of Sergeant and Senior Sergeant.

    The course will include leadership and contemporary human resource management training and the development of knowledge and practice to address organisational priorities and the challenges of contemporary policing. The course provides for the development of critical thinking, research, problem-solving and communications skills required of a police supervisor.
