Vocational outcomes of the course include: * Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander workforce mentor * Indigenous employment mentor * Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander youth mentor * Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander work coach * Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander employment consultant * Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander work partner

This credential reflects the role of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce mentors who mentor Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees with little or no work experience to retain gainful employment. The role has three essential outcomes: * normalisation of the work experience for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander new workers, * navigation of barriers to work retention, build skills for job resilience and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander new workers to maintain work attendance * growth in employers’ cultural appreciation and understanding for the life and transformative experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees with little or no work experience.
