About this qualification

This qualification is intended to provide participants with a Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Avionics TB2 and applies to individuals seeking the grant of an EASA Category B2 (Avionics) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence. The accredited course provides qualifications in accordance with European Commission Regulation EU1321/2014 that are essential to prepare individuals for a licence outcome to enable the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances. The training covers all aspects of supervision and performance of aircraft electrical, instrument and radio maintenance tasks, enabling avionics engineers to complete and certify for rectifications of unscheduled defects and scheduled maintenance checks normally completed in an aircraft maintenance environment.
