Certificate IV in Vocational Education and Training Compliance

The Certificate IV in Vocational Education and Training Compliance is designed to provide VET compliance practitioners with the skills and knowledge required to effectively contribute and monitor the RTO’s compliance system. It will provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills to * work within compliance frameworks * identify statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements and relate them to individual compliance work practices to ensure ongoing adherence to the compliance framework * contribute to identifying the RTO’s scope of registration and play a role in contributing to, organising and monitoring the operation of the compliance management system

* play a role in monitoring and updating RTO data management systems * play a role in reviewing and monitoring the RTO’s contractual activity and obligations And * contribute to the monitoring of the organisation’s regulatory and legislative obligations
