Certificate IV in Ministry and Discipleship

This course is designed to equip people to effectively lead ministry, discipleship, and community initiatives in diverse settings. It will explore opportunities for personal growth and provide participants with knowledge and a range of skills to interact with, support Lead people of different age, culture and gender in religious discovery. It will develop participants skills in leadership, to plan, implement and evaluate ministry, discipleship, and community initiatives. It will provide graduates with the ability to lead and participate in the formal ministry activities of the congregation.

In January 2025, the National VET Regulator amended the course title to remove the term, “(insert specialisation)” to align to national data reporting requirements. The course structure was not amended. The streams of specialisation remain unchanged in the course structure. The completed stream is to be identified on testamurs below the qualification code and title as per the requirements of the AQF.
