Certificate III in Therapeutic Equine Programs for People with Disabilities

This course provides the skills and knowledge to lead therapeutic equine programs for people with a disability and incorporates the following * Risk Assessment skills in equine facilities and on the spot risk mitigation skills * Identification of implications of disabilities for individuals in equine programs * Determining the suitability of individuals and horses to be matched to minimise risk during equine activities * Coordinate workers in an equine setting
