    This course is designed to introduce skills to use an Aboriginal Language for speaking, listening, reading and writing, underpinned by knowledge of Culture and Cultural Identity. This course will provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills to begin to use an Aboriginal Language in their everyday lives. Graduates will develop an understanding of Culture and the role of Language in identity. They will develop skills to listen and reply to basic words and phrases, with attention to pronunciation. They will read and write basic words and phrases to communicate, using agreed spelling. Graduates will develop a basic resource to use to share their developing language skills.
