This course is designed to provide participants with a range of knowledge, and skills to perform the following functions associated with clinical hypnosis and strategic psychotherapy counselling. The course will train participants in therapy for a range of issues which include * anxiety disorders, * phobias, * substance abuse (alcohol, smoking/tobacco and other drugs) * weight issues, * undesirable behaviours and habits, * pain management, * psychological issues, * sexual issues, * physical dysfunction, * insomnia/sleep disorders, * Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) /Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), * depression and self-esteem issues * grief/crisis situations, * fostering beneficial relationships.
The course is especially suited as an adjunct form of therapy used with other forms of psychological or counselling treatments.
