This course describes the skills and knowledge required to frame the role of artificial intelligence (AI) within a business to create ways of improving business processes that meet business objectives To prepare the business for artificial intelligence activities applied in compliance with Ethical and Trustworthy Standards. It applies to individuals including managers, operational personnel and/or internal/external specialists who are responsible for the application of technologies to improve business processes in small and large organisations in any community or industry context.
