Certificate IV in Life Coaching

This course is designed to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge to work with clients on a one-on-one basis or in groups. This training equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to become professional life coaches, who work with clients to foster growth through use of effective coaching strategies and techniques.

This course develops competencies in: • Conducting life coaching sessions using the GROW Model, an internationally recognised framework for goal setting and problem-solving. • Managing pre-session, in-session, and post-session processes to ensure structured and impactful coaching experiences. • Establishing, marketing, and management of a life coaching business.

Graduates of this program will be equipped to work as life coaches, offering services in one-on-one and in group settings, in executive coaching and personal development settings. They will also possess the entrepreneurial skills to establish, market and manage their own coaching practice.
