    The Course in Safe and Respectful Workplace Training in Gender Equity focuses on the outcomes required to recognise the workplace health and safety (WHS) risks and hazards of gendered violence in the workplace.

    In this role the worker will be able to identify the following • Hazard Identification What gendered violence is, how to recognise it and the links to psychosocial safety under WHS legislation. • How discriminatory/inequitable behaviour based on gender manifests in the workplace. • Risk Assessment – The impacts and drivers of gendered violence (including those relating to health and safety). • Control measures - including obligations as a worker to prevent and address gendered violence, workplace skills for recognising and preventing gendered violence in the workplace.
