The course develops skills for managing a standalone consultancy practice or an internal consultancy area within a larger consultancy practice including skills in marketing, networking, and business planning.

The course develops skills for managing a standalone consultancy practice or an internal consultancy area within a larger consultancy practice including skills in marketing, networking, and business planning. The graduate will have the ability develop proposals and subsequent contracts for the provision of consultancy services to clients. The graduate will have the skills to develop a work plan that enables successful implementation of the scope agreed with the client. During the execution phase the graduate will have the ability to monitor progress of the intervention and the transfer of the knowledge and skills to the customer.

The graduate will have the skills and knowledge required to collate and present scope and performance data to clients To clarify contract requirements and identify and carry out service provision closure requirements.
