This course is designed to provide graduates with skills and knowledge to undertake leadership and ministry functions within Christian church and community settings, supporting pastoral leadership and contributing to ministry operations, participating effectively in outreach and mission activities Applying advanced theoretical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Graduates will be able to: • Lead and provide support with initiative and sound judgement in ministry contexts • Contribute to the planning, coordination Delivery of ministry activities • Provide support in pastoral care within church and community environments • Engage in outreach and mission activities with initiative, cultural awareness and effective communication.

This course supersedes and is equivalent to 10997NAT Diploma of Christian Leadership and Ministry.
