Certificate II in Rail Fundamentals (Pre-vocational)

This course is specifically for senior secondary school/college students. It is intended to provide them with knowledge of the major operational areas of a modern rail network and some basic skills, to enable them to make an informed choice regarding entry level employment and/or further study in the rail industry.

22681VIC Certificate II in Rail Fundamentals (Pre-vocational) supersedes and is not equivalent to 22537VIC Certificate II in Heavy and Light Rail Fundamentals (Pre-vocational).

Nominal hours range from 364 to 510.
