In your first year, which is shared with the Bachelor of Aviation majoring in Management, you'll be introduced to flight operations, management and safety. You'll learn about aviation law and its applications in Australia and abroad. You'll explore the relationship between human physiology, psychology, and the aviation environment, recognising the limitations of the human body.

During your first year, you'll also have the opportunity to apply for the Graduate Diploma in Aviation, which you can study in parallel with the Bachelor program. Student who choose this option will get three professional qualifications: the Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), Command Instrument Rating (CIR) and Multi-Engine (M/E) aeroplane class rating. In your second year, you'll continue to expand your aviation knowledge while undertaking your flight training if you are concurrently enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Aviation.
In your second and third years of study in the Bachelor of Aviation, you will collaborate with your peers, apply your theoretical and technical expertise Learn how to develop logical solutions and produce a comprehensive report for the Aviation sector.
