Bachelor of Film and Television (Screen Industries)

The Bachelor of Film and Television (Screen Industries) is a comprehensive and broad program. You will explore different areas of creative arts practice, and develop fundamental skills in film and television production. Gain knowledge of major screen industries, film history and media theories, and work on student-led productions, develop technical skills, and become part of the Flinders creative community. For your final major project, you will produce a TV pilot from idea to broadcast. This degree is taught by passionate teachers, research experts and filmmakers who are actively involved in the industry.

Your career

Graduates will have real-world experience that will help them gain employment in the film and television industries. Potential occupations may include television producer, scriptwriter and television critic/reviewer; potential employers may include screen production companies, media and news organisations.
