About this qualification

The Bachelor of Theology introduces students, in a systematic manner, to the classical discipline of theology, as a means of preparing men and women for well-informed participation in the life of the church and, if students so choose, for ministry in one or more areas of pastoral practice.

In addition to Bible and Language units (LA, OT, NT, BB), the Bachelor of Theology has an emphasis on Christian Thought units in the areas of Theology (TH), Philosophy/Ethics/Apologetics (PE) Church History (CH). Up to 24 credit points from Ministry and Practice units (PC) can also be incorporated as electives within this degree.
