You'll acquire practical skills in screenwriting, editing, colour grading, lighting and cinematography (including the option of ARRI micro-certification), production design, directing Producing alongside the stream of media studies units that will enable you to develop your film literacy, which is a critical ingredient in the recipe for success.

Throughout the diploma, you will:

  • Learn the critical thinking and life skills required to engage with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate to produce short films and your own smartphone film.
  • Acquire production skills using industry-leading software.
  • Acquire post-production skills in editing, colour grading and sound design.
