About this course

Here is what the Graduate Diploma in Divinity qualification offered by University of Divinity covers and who it is designed for.

The Graduate Diploma of Divinity introduces students, in a systematic manner, to the classical discipline of theology, as a means of both preparing men and women for communicating Christian knowledge as well as laying the foundation for advanced degrees in theology and ministry.

The Graduate Diploma of Divinity constitutes one-third of the Master of Divinity (without the requirement for a Capstone Experience unit or research Project) and can be completed in the following ways:

a stand-alone course – students can complete the Graduate Diploma on its own, or

a nested course within the Master of Divinity – students can surrender the Graduate Diploma and credit their completed units towards the Master of Divinity; or

an early exit point from the Master of Ministry or Master of Divinity.
