The remainder of the subject focuses on the variety of business structures available to a business owner with particular emphasis on the corporate structure, its governance and its stakeholders. After successfully completing the subject you will be able to identify potential legal issues in business and management. The knowledge that you gain in this subject will be invaluable in your career, especially in undertaking your business and professional responsibilities. Students undertaking a Law Degree should make note that AFE211 is incompatible with the LAW subjects and they should seek further advice from the Law School if choosing an elective.
