In teaching students how to utilise their knowledge of construction law and contracts in relation to the various types of procurement strategies, contracts and dispute resolution strategies/methodologies, this unit also aims to enable students to learn how to assess, highlight and address the competing priorities of time, cost, quality, risk transfer and risk mitigation to determine the most appropriate form of project procurement strategies for a specific project.
