About this subject
What happens when intelligence theory meets the complexity of real-world application? This unit challenges students to test and refine the skills and knowledge acquired throughout their studies by engaging directly with practical intelligence work. This unit offers students the opportunity to apply their learning in one of three contexts: a scenario-based simulation, a professional internship, or a guided study tour. These options allow students to confront real or simulated intelligence challenges, interact with peers and professionals, and apply learned concepts in dynamic contexts. The unit emphasises ethical and professional conduct, collaborative problem-solving, and critical reflection on the role of intelligence in practice. By the end of the unit, students will have gained valuable hands-on experience and developed the confidence and competence to contribute meaningfully to the field of intelligence.
