Building on the knowledge gained in JPN1001, this unit brings the total number of kanji learnt to approximately 90. You will will deepen your understanding of Japanese language and culture, and Japan's place in the world. Culture is embedded throughout language, so learning another language develops your intercultural communication skills, preparing you to be responsive and agile in varied situations. This is a studyflex subject, offered for both face-to-face and online students. The lecture is a pre-recorded video, available to watch each week, uploaded to LMS.
