This subject presents students with the opportunity to hone their professional and/or creative skills while undertaking a placement in a relevant industry, institutional, community or other organisation. Students will validate their theoretical and professional knowledge in practical situations. The goal of the subject is for students to complete a work-based project/practicum under the guidance of a supervisor in association with an organisational partner. The outcome of the practicum/attachment will reflect the student’s engagement in the practical setting, their professional experience and their contribution to creative or professional output.
