You will learn about the commercial functions of ports, port governance, the role of ports in global supply chains, port development, finance and pricing, port performance management, port competition and marketing, port environmental management, safety and security, application of technology in ports, and strategic port planning. Challenges related to these issues faced by ports and relevant strategies adopted for responding to them are also included.
