This subject will develop your ability to critically analyse key education theories, concepts, and skills to develop your professional teaching praxis. Within this subject, there are three modules. The first module will further examine evidence based learning and teaching models, philosophies, processes and government policies for inclusive learning design and assessment. The second module explores strength-based strategies to support students' wellbeing within a safe learning environment. The third module will continue to address professional conduct behaviours, and effective interpersonal and communication strategies focusing on communicating with students as well as colleagues and parents/caregivers.
