Master of Science (Advanced) in Agricultural Innovation

The Masters of Science (Advanced) in Agricultural Innovation requires completion of 96 units, of which:

12 units from completion of Science and Society courses from the following list:

ENVS6021 Participatory Resource Management: Working with Communities and Stakeholders (6 units)

ENVS8018 - Partnership Research for Agricultural and Natural Resource-Based Development (6 units)

ENVS8000 Masters Thesis, which must be undertaken more than once in consecutive semesters (24+24)

Students must achieve a minimum 70% Weighted Average Mark in the 48 units of the coursework component and have the approval of the supervisor for the research project to remain enrolled in the Master of Science (Advanced) in Agricultural Innovation and continue to the research component. A condition of supervisor approval is that the research project is feasible and it should be noted that the majority of research projects will require on campus attendance.

Students who do not achieve a minimum 70% Weighted Average Mark or do not have approval of an identified supervisor will be transferred to the Master of Science in Agricultural Innovation or the Graduate Diploma of Science.
